"My fitness journey started through boxing. I started boxing when I was 16 to get out of my comfort zone and try something new! From then on I was hooked into any kind of sport. I started working out shortly after and I loved seeing progress which drove me to keep working out.
I love taking any opportunity to grow and improve myself, and I feel bodybuilding is the best way of self improvement. I eventually became a Personal trainer so that I could help others achieve their goals and feel about themselves the way I feel about myself.
My philosophy is growth equals happiness. So I plan to keep on working out and inspiring others to do the same for the rest of my life. I continue to try new sports all the time. I also do calisthenics, snowboarding and different martial arts.
The feeling you get when you learn to move your body however you want is the best feeling there is. I’ve also started learning about nutrition and became a certified nutrition coach to level up my game. The best part about the courses I took to train others is that it leveled up the way I approach my own fitness. Working out not only improves you physically but also improves your mental health and longevity.
I’ve only been serious about bodybuilding for about 4 years, I plan on one day competing in men’s physique competitions. The best part about the fitness world is that there is no limit to how far you can go!"
