"I started working out when I was 17 years old and started to take it seriously by 18. I wanted to build more self confidence.

Growing up I was never a popular kid and didn't get any female attention at all. I decided I wanted to make a change. I started watching fitness influncers online and watching their journeys really motivated and inspired me to make the change as well.

At first I saw quick results because I had stronger genetics than I thought. Then it really started kicking off in my life. At first I started working out to try and gain the attention from others. Later on in the journey I realised that I don't need to do this for others because of how amazing it felt to do it just for myself. That satisfaction from seeing my body grow and progress was enough to keep me pushing forward. It became less of a hobby and more of a lifestyle.

I started Instagram to motivate others to do fitness for themselves and not for other people. Because building an aesthetic physique shouldn't be for other people, it should be for yourself. I am now currently 3+ years into fitness and I wish to become a mens physique competitor in the future. My plan is to carry on inspiring people on social media to also make the change. People with confidence issues like myself can make it if they are willing to work and push themselves to the absolute limits."
