My Transformation Journey

At my heaviest, I weighed 245 pounds and struggled with confidence and health issues. Fitness wasn't just about getting in shape—it was about reclaiming my life and becoming the person I knew I could be.

Through consistency, discipline, and a complete lifestyle transformation, I've lost 75 pounds of fat while building muscle and confidence. My journey taught me that physical transformation is really about mental strength.

Now I'm passionate about helping others discover their potential through fitness. Whether you're just starting or looking to break through plateaus, I believe everyone has an athlete within them waiting to emerge.

My Fitness Journey

From my first day in the gym to becoming a certified trainer, here's how my transformation unfolded

2018

The Beginning

Started my fitness journey at 245 pounds. Could barely run a quarter mile and struggled with basic bodyweight exercises.

2019

First Milestone

Lost my first 50 pounds through consistent training and nutrition. Ran my first 5K without stopping.

2020

Discovering Strength Training

Began weight training and fell in love with powerlifting. Built my first real muscle and changed my body composition dramatically.

2021

Becoming a Coach

Earned my personal training certification and started helping others on their fitness journeys.

2022

Competition Debut

Competed in my first natural bodybuilding competition, placing 3rd in the novice category.

My Training Philosophy

The principles that guide my approach to fitness and coaching

Progressive Overload

I believe in consistently challenging your body with increased demands. Whether it's more weight, more reps, or better form, progress happens when you push beyond your comfort zone.

Nutrition First

You can't out-train a bad diet. I focus on sustainable nutrition habits rather than restrictive diets—finding what works for your body and lifestyle.

Consistency Over Intensity

Showing up consistently, even on days you don't feel like it, is more important than occasional bursts of extreme effort. Small, daily actions create lasting results.

Mind-Muscle Connection

Training with intention and focus yields better results than going through the motions. Quality of movement always trumps quantity.
