My Fitness Story & Journey
During my last two years of high school and throughout college, I struggled with confidence and a sense of self-worth. I was a "life line" for my family, holding it together for everyone else while I was also struggling and felt alone. I turned to heavy drinking and partying to relieve the stress.
It wasn't until I realized I needed a change that I began my journey. I committed to and completed the "75 Hard" challenge. This program helped me form a solid habit of going to the gym, which became my healthy outlet to regain control of my life.
Getting into fitness and health was the ultimate thing that saved my life, especially when I didn't see a light at the end of the tunnel. Now, I am a personal trainer and am training for my fourth bikini competition, two years sober.
