The Journey: From Ballerina to Olympia Winner

My fitness story began as a ballerina until I was 19. Unsure of the next career step, I transitioned into teaching exercise to music and then became a qualified independent personal trainer. After building a great client base, I decided it was time to experience the competitive side of bodybuilding.

I trained for my first competition and won. In the last 6 or 7 years, I've achieved 3 overalls, with my most recent being the incredible win at the Amateur Olympia in Vegas. I'm currently prepping for Muscle Fest in Romania.

I started in the Figure class but always carried more muscle than typical for that category. While I won at Figure in every contest, my physique naturally developed, and I now compete in Women's Bodybuilding (WBB).

Bodybuilding is a lifestyle that has brought me vast opportunities, including extensive travel, and has taught me so much about myself as a person.

My Mantra: Do what makes you happy and stay in your own lane.

Prep is Victory

Prep is one of the hardest things you'll ever do; even to complete it, you've already achieved so much before even stepping onstage.

You have to be able to be selfish at times and take criticism, even when you might not like to hear it.
