My Fitness Story & Journey
I’ve always been into fitness my whole life. My dad got me started in football at the age of 7 and even coached my team. From then on, I’ve stayed active, moving from football to boxing, running, MMA, rugby, and more — and I competed in most at a high level.
I discovered CrossFit at 15 by accident, while looking for something to do alongside MMA. After just one session I quit MMA the same day and fell in love with CrossFit. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to take over the gym I started in with my brother, and the joy we get from coaching is unmatched.
Fitness has shaped my life in countless ways. Last year, my brother and I competed at the Marbella Championships, where I placed 1st after qualifying 48th, and he placed 18th. I’m also competing in BBC Gladiators, where I’ve already made it through Round 1 to the quarter-finals!
Over the next 10 years, we aim to grow our gym community and compete on the world stage. I owe my dedication to my parents, who always pushed me to be my best even when I doubted myself.
