"Life is funny. I have been a photographer all of my adult life, it’s what I studied in college, which eventually led to a successful full-time career as a wedding photographer. And then, things took an unexpected turn and I ended up feeling burnt out, retired from photography, and got bit by the health and fitness bug. I started doing CrossFit in 2013, got addicted, ended up running 2 1/2 marathons, and somehow was led to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. Along the way, I developed a desire to help others, women specifically, discover fitness as a lifestyle and the importance of maintaining their health as a Personal Trainer.

But even that has developed into much more than just encouraging people to work out or eat healthier. I discovered that my true purpose is helping women who are stuck mentally, reclaim their health and more importantly, shifting their mindset. Mindset mastery has become the forefront of my approach with my clients. I incorporate mindset coaching along with the physical aspect of my coaching programs. I believe that you have to start with the right mindset in order to commit to any form of change. After being diagnosed with Ovarian cancer in 2016, my mindset was everything in how I was able to get through my treatment. At the end of it all, I realized that I didn’t even know my own strength. I want to help other women to discover their true strength as well.

It’s not rocket science. I just want women to feel good about themselves; mind, body, and soul."
