"I've been type 1 diabetic since the age of 9 years old and I'm 27 now so I've been type 1 diabetic for 18 years" says Alejandro Castillo (IG: diabetesalejandrofit), "and I've been lifting since I was 15 years old and I have a lot of knowledge in the nutrition area and also this year I'm more focused on getting real lean and big muscles. So I workout 6 days per week because of my condition and also because I like it and I love go to the gym and workout. The key for me is consistency and progression." he adds.
