I played all sports throughout high school and college, mainly focusing on soccer and baseball.
I started focusing on bodybuilding and weightlifting after with the goal to put on more lean mass. Playing hard left its toll with a few injuries, torn rotator cuff, and a few herniated discs in my low back! Worked hard to rehab and was never one to sit around and cry about it.
I just turned 50 and my workouts have changed, but my intensity is still there. My attitude is if you’re going to work out then kick its ass!
Functional training, focusing on my core and total body workouts are helping me stay young.
