I started working out a few years ago to gain some strength. I knew I was weak and I'd ask for help for small tasks. It got annoying for people to see me as so weak. So, I thought to myself, I really must be weak. I cant get stronger if I'm not making myself stronger. So, I signed up for a gym that's down the street from me. I could barely lift an 8lb weight. So, I knew I had a long way to go.

I kept working out. Sometimes I switched to different gyms. Sometimes I couldn't work out due to circumstances. I look at my pictures before I went to the gym though, and I realize how far I've made it. I still keep taking pictures now so I can see how far I have made it through my journey because I am still working on becoming stronger.

I would also like others to know that they can do it too. If you want to set a goal and work on your body, go for it. Results don't happen overnight. It takes a lot of time and dedication. The key is to never quit. Make it a part of your life.

Now, people are always needing my help to lift stuff and open stuff. People recognize my gains. Which is a lot better than I used to be where I would need to ask other people for help to lift things or open things for me. My goal is to not quit.
