I’ve been a athlete my whole life. Sports have not only been a love of mine, but competing in sports as well. Having a team push you and support you kept me going. I just loved the competition! I was turned on to bodybuilding nearly 7 years ago. I love the gym, but never realized how hard and the difficulty this sport brought to the table. Meal prepping, cardio, staying focused…It was by far the hardest sport I’ve ever been apart of. A mindset I never knew I had inside of me. However, I immediately fell in love with it. It made me the person I am today. I’ve had my share of heartache and devastation and have had to pick myself up after many downfalls. This sport taught me I can do anything I put my mind to. To be my own coach…cheerleader, and support system, pushing myself everyday to reach my goals of someday stepping on stage and competing. The “me vs me” mentality. I’m 46 and never thought someone at my age could do this. I stepped on stage last  June of 2021 for the first time. Taking home 1st, 2nd and 4th place wins!! It ignited a fire inside and I’m pushing forward to step on stage again this upcoming august of 2022. I’m excited and ready to conquer the stage once again…totally focused . My goals are big.. but they are achievable! I am “enough” and my faith over my fears have brought me this far. Thank you
