"I got into fitness because I needed a lifestyle change in order to save me from myself, essentially. I was diagnosed with anorexia, depression, anxiety, and OCD at age 12 and it has been a long road and battle. And still am battling demons! However, the fitness lifestyle is my escape and stress relief! I knew I needed to make a change in order to survive.. and it was super scary. But needed to happen.

My main goal is to inspire and motivate as many people as I can. And to give others that are struggling hope and strength when they might feel like giving up. To know that there's a light at the end of the tunnel and that they're not alone.

I've come a long way in my fitness journey and am still going. I'd like to continue to improve and to continue to better myself through not only physical, but mental and emotional ways. I've come to learn that the number on the scale is just that...a number. And it does not define me. My motivation is seeing others succeed in their own jouneys and it makes me want to push myself further.

I started to compete in bodybuilding competitions, just in 2019 and would love to continue to grow my body and mind through experiences and through others that I meet along the way. Fitness is not a one man's game...we're here to inspire one another and that environment is so beneficial to everyone.

I would love to be able to change someone's life in a positive manner, or at least inspire them in any way I can."
