My fitness journey began when I was 14 years old. As the attacking right winger on my school soccer team, I quickly realized that soccer was a physically demanding sport that required strength, toughness, and stability. To meet these demands, I decided to start weight training. Just after two months, my body began to change—I became more muscular and solid. I also felt more focused and sharp. I loved the transformation I was undergoing.

After four years, I started college and graduated as a civil engineer. During that time, I delved deep into exercise science and the anatomy of the body, developing a passion for understanding how muscle tissues and fibers react under weight stress. Building a great body made me more confident and stress-free. The benefits I received, especially health-wise, convinced me never to stop weight training.

A few years later, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It was a very challenging period for me, but training and refusing to give up helped me overcome the tiredness and fatigue that MS can cause. This experience made me realize how crucial weight training can be in our lives. Determined to share this knowledge, I decided to get my certification as a personal trainer and help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Always remember that it is never too late to start. You will never believe the amount of benefits you will get from weight training by just dedicating 4 to 6 hours a week. The journey to becoming the best version of yourself is one worth embarking on, and I'm here to help you along the way.
