My fitness journey didn’t begin in a gym—it began in the middle of a fight for my life. I’m a two-time breast cancer survivor, and it was during the most grueling chapters—chemo, radiation, and medical menopause—that I truly came to understand the vital role movement, nutrition, and mindset play in healing.

During treatment, I watched my body change in ways I couldn’t control. The weight gain, the muscle loss, the side effects of estrogen blockers and aromatase inhibitors—it all began to feel like my health was slipping through my fingers. But I wasn’t ready to let go.

At the age of 50, I decided to take my power back. I made a commitment to myself, and that commitment became a full transformation. I lost 80 pounds. I reversed my osteoporosis. I stabilized my medication-induced lupus. I found my way back to strength—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Strength training became more than a routine. It became my therapy, my anchor, and eventually, my purpose.

Today, I’m proud to be a Health & Fitness Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Cancer Exercise Specialist. I work with women over 40, helping them rebuild after breast cancer, menopause, or any life shift that leaves them feeling like they’ve lost their footing. Whether it’s strength, confidence, or energy they’re seeking, I’m here to guide them toward rediscovering it.

One of the things people are often surprised to hear about me? I actually love meal prepping. Every week, without fail, I prep with intention and joy. It’s a small ritual that grounds me and reminds me of how far I’ve come. And it’s through these simple, sustainable habits that I connect with women on a deeper level. I use every part of my journey—every challenge, every triumph—to inspire others to stop starting over and instead, build something lasting.

Looking ahead, my goals are clear. Through my coaching brand, Renewed Strength, I want to continue expanding my reach and impact. I’m working to grow my programs globally and, eventually, write a book that tells the unfiltered truth about what it means to thrive after cancer and in midlife.

But even as I plan for the future, I remain rooted in the present. I will keep lifting heavier. I will keep living longer. I will never stop growing. This journey doesn’t have an endpoint—only momentum. I move forward without looking back, because every step I take is a declaration of strength. Every rep I complete carries intention.

This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about resilience, clarity, and an unshakable belief in what’s still possible.
