My fitness journey really took off about seven years ago when I finally found the time to dedicate myself fully to it. I've always been a busybody, constantly on the go, but at that point in my life, I could open up my schedule to focus on my love for wellness and fitness. Fitness is not just a passion for me; it’s an absolute necessity. It makes me feel incredible both inside and out, and the transformation I've seen in my overall wellness, my energy levels, and my body has been remarkable.

I firmly believe that what you put into your body is reflected on the outside, which is why I am a strong advocate for wholesome foods. My workout regimen is diverse because I love variety. Pilates and yoga are my go-to exercises, offering a perfect blend of strength and flexibility. I also incorporate HIIT or interval training 2-3 times a week, along with regular cardio sessions. Cardio is a non-negotiable part of my routine, as it keeps my heart healthy and my energy levels high.

Outside of my fitness routine, I have a deep love for dancing, reading, and spending quality time with my wonderful family. My little miniature poodle brings immense joy to my life, adding an extra layer of happiness to my days.
