My journey into the world of fitness began with a singular goal: to become a better athlete, specifically a football player. I was fortunate enough to attend a high school with an exceptional weight lifting program, which allowed me to make significant progress early on. This foundation set the stage for a successful athletic career through high school and college.

Fast forward a few years, and my passion for fitness led me to open a fitness center with my family. I've been in the industry for 30 years now! Fitness has not only bolstered me mentally and physically, but it has also become my lifelong career. Over the years, I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how exercise and fitness profoundly affect my clients. The results are overwhelmingly positive. Those who have been consistent with their exercise routines are far healthier and more active.

My motto has always been that strength training is the fountain of youth, and I see evidence of this every day. Currently, I coach college football and operate Fit For The King Fitness Center in Madison, Indiana. My future fitness goals are simple: to remain consistent with my exercise. Although the type of training I do may evolve over the years, the goal remains the same: to stay as healthy and active as possible.

Fitness is a family affair for us. My wife and two sons are also very active and fit, which makes me proud. They understand the importance of staying fit and active, and we support each other in this lifestyle.

The key to getting and staying fit is consistency. It doesn't have to be complicated; just start moving and keep moving! This principle has guided me throughout my life and career, and it’s one I share with all my clients. By incorporating regular exercise into your routine, you can achieve remarkable benefits for your health and well-being.
