"Hello Everyone I'm known as The Fit Grandma 👵💪👑 Although no one believes me lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ My career I'm a Jill of all trades for the high end and celebrities and I'm a fitness coach on the side as I'm very passionate about fitness and helping other's achieve their fitness goals 💪🤗🙏

I'm a mother of 5 children.. 4 beautiful daughter's and 1 handsome son, 3 of my children are adults already and so far I've been blessed with 2 beautiful grandchildren both boys! 🙏💙💙 they mean the world to me.

I want to start by saying that I've had a very hard life since I was a little girl which I won't share today but thinking of writing a book about it.💝

Second fitness literally saved my life I was a fat drunk with no goals. I'm the woman I am today because of fitness strong, confident, happy, healthy and much more!! I've only been training for 6 years but wow! the growth has been real!! 🙌
