PAM SHERMAN

Roseville, CA

Born with an innate drive for motivation, my journey into the world of fitness began in the late '90s when I became a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. Over the past 27 years, I've had the incredible privilege of guiding countless women on their health and wellness journeys.

What initially started as a side venture while raising my kids quickly evolved into my life's passion. In my classes, I organized contests centered around promoting healthier eating habits, instilling in women the importance of self-care, and debunking the myth that prioritizing oneself is selfish. Crafting challenging yet enjoyable workouts came naturally to me, and I reveled in empowering others to unleash their full potential.

In 2016, my life took a sudden and dramatic turn when I was struck by a car while out for a run. The accident resulted in the loss of six teeth, but miraculously, I emerged without any broken bones. This harrowing experience shifted my focus from aiding women in weight loss to helping them cultivate strength. It was during this period of recovery that I began practicing gratitude earnestly. Despite the challenges and setbacks, I recognized the immense blessing of simply being alive. Each day became an opportunity to express gratitude for the gift of life, even amidst the physical and emotional hurdles.

During my healing journey, I found new avenues to share my expertise and passion. I self-published eight books on Amazon, embarked on international speaking engagements, and became a regular health coach on my local Fox40 broadcast.

Presently, my mission revolves around empowering over 50 women to conquer the challenges of menopause and reclaim their health. I advocate for a paradigm shift in exercise, urging women to trade the monotony of the elliptical for the empowering benefits of strength training. Moreover, I emphasize the critical role of nutrition in overall well-being, striving to demystify the abundance of health and wellness information flooding the modern landscape.

In a world inundated with conflicting messages, I aspire to be a beacon of clarity and reason. I wholeheartedly believe that age is no barrier to achieving fitness goals, that nutrition is the cornerstone of vitality, and that it's never too late to prioritize self-care and well-being. Through my journey, I hope to inspire others to embrace their strength, cultivate gratitude, and embark on their own transformative paths to wellness.
