I’ve been involved in sports for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I dabbled in everything—from baseball to a single season of football (which I quickly realized wasn’t for me). But then I found soccer, and it became so much more than just a game. It became my escape. Soccer gave me a place to breathe when life felt overwhelming. It helped me tune out the noise and focus on something that felt right.
But my real fitness journey began in a much different way. During my senior year of high school and then again in my freshman year of college, I had back-to-back meniscus surgeries. That experience was a wake-up call. I realized if I wanted to keep moving, keep playing, and keep showing up for myself, I needed to get stronger. So I started hitting the gym more and more, and little by little, it became a central part of my life.
To this day, I’m still working on my consistency, but I can say with full confidence that fitness has changed me—both mentally and physically. It helped me take control of my mental health, and with that came a deep sense of happiness and purpose that I hadn’t felt before.
Today, I wear a lot of hats, and all of them align with the life I’ve worked hard to build. I’m currently the studio manager at an F45 in Massachusetts, a store brand ambassador for lululemon, and an ambassador for the Men Wear Pink foundation, which raises awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer. I also coach club soccer, staying connected to the sport that sparked this whole journey.
My mission is simple: I want to inspire as many people as I can to be their best selves. Whether it’s the athletes I coach, my studio members, or someone scrolling on social media, I want people to see what’s possible when you commit to growth. I’m also focused on building my personal brand and growing within the lululemon community. My ultimate dream is to become a global ambassador for the company and, one day, a studio owner. I believe that would give me the opportunity to reach even more people and create an environment where fitness is more than physical—it’s transformational.
On the lighter side, I absolutely love to travel. One of my proudest memories was playing a bit of semi-pro soccer in Spain—it was an incredible experience that reminded me of how far the game has taken me. And recently, I’ve fallen in love with Hyrox races. There’s something about that challenge, that test of both strength and endurance, that fuels me. On May 31st, 2025, I hit a personal record in my latest Hyrox race, and it only motivated me to push harder for the next one.
This journey is far from over, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. And if sharing my story inspires just one person to start theirs, then it’s all been worth it.
