"2 years ago, I was stuck in a spot in my life where I was unhappy with myself, my body, the life I was living, and the food I was putting into my body. I decided I needed to change.
I turned to a healthier lifestyle, and to say it answered all my problems is an understatement. I feel happier, I am healthier, and my confidence is unmatched due to working out. I’ve always loved putting time into myself, but working out has given me the chance to better myself every single day. It’s one thing I do daily that if nothing else, continues to fuel my own growth.
Wherever you are on in your fitness journey (beginner ➡️ advanced), I want to help you get to where you want to be. To the place where you feel the best version of yourself.
My motto: #JustKeepMoving. I was stuck in a spot (and a bad mental state) for some time where I thought there was no way out of the unhealthy lifestyle I was living. But one day, I just started. And no matter how hard it got, I didn’t stop. It’s important when you get in those head spaces to #justkeepmoving through life, and to get out of them as soon as possible. When you get down on yourself, remember results will happen. Everything just takes time, and it is important to not remain stagnant because of a lack of immediate results.
Working out continues to bring me joy daily, through the people I meet, the results I see, and the challenges I constantly get to conquer through it! It has made me fearless in so many ways. I wouldn’t change my passion for working out if I could!"
