"I officially started working out again at the end of March 2020, weighing in at 230 lbs at a height of 5‘6“. I started in a challenge group led by a friend at a point where I realized I was wearing my insecurities in my body. Being overweight was my forever body trying to get my attention. My lack of confidence was my CONFIDENCE trying to get my attention.

Between March and May, I dropped the WAIT. read that again... I dropped the WAIT. I allowed myself to be supported and gave myself permission to invest in my health. I turned my home into a VIRTUAL gym.

I joined a great TRIBE for accountability. Giving myself permission to align was the best decision I could have made as I am officially weighing in at 165 lbs. I put solid systems in place to help me accomplish my goals.

I realize that weightloss isn’t just about fitness. It’s a total transformation process of the mind, body, and, spirit. It’s about evolving! I’ve learned a lot about myself and who I am becoming. My journey thus far has brought a deeper sense of purpose into my life as I am now a Coach for others looking to evolve as well.

My advice to anyone trying to lose weight: DROP THE WAIT.

If you’re waiting on perfect conditions, hiding behind excuses, the perfect time is now (Ecclesiastes 11:4). Drop the wait, so you can drop the WEIGHT.

Lean into your fear. Some of the most rewarding things in life rest on the other side of DISCOMFORT."
