"I have always been a fan of sports and when I broke my ankle for the first time and realized couldn’t run anymore as I use to I decided that it was time for me to find an alternate hobbies that’s where bodybuilding came in mind so I started doing research on workouts and the human body.

I started in 2016 dec 14. Fitness has affected my life in a bigger scale because not only from being an amazing hobby’s replacement it also healed my mental state.

About myself well I have been in the military since 2013 and loved every single moment in it as a matter of facts the military was my number one reason of wanting to be fit because since I was young I have always loved watching military or action movie and the main reason was because I wanted to be like them one day so as my career was moving along I realized that if I wanted to be got or looks fit like all those stars I use to look up to in the tv I needed to step my game up then I started first looking for power and strength so I hired a power lifting coach and I can assure you it was hard in the begin but I had a goal in mind so I never quit then as time went by I became proficient at the basic and then I decided that I wanted to see if I can be strong and look super lean and huge at the same time that’s when I derived a lil bit form power lifting and when onto bodybuilding but like we all know it’s never enough that’s when I decided that I’ll try and mix the two to see how far I can go.

Like everyone I had challenges along the way but I never let them challenge take me down as long as there is a will there is a way so don’t let your insecurities and fear take the best of you always strive to be the best version of yourself no matter what it takes like I like yo say it why dream it when you can leave it🤷🏿‍♂️ I exited to share my story with you it might not be the greatest but it’s a definition of my fitness journey thus far stay tuned for more updates and progress and be the best you can I BELIEVE IN YOU."
