"Growing up, I always struggled with my body image. I was never satisfied with the person I saw in the mirror. My self confidence did not exist. I started to get into the gym when I was around 16 and at the time I was very inconsistent. I would go probably 4 times a week on a good week. This continued for a couple of years, and it wasn't very satisfying because I was lifting for other people and not myself. I did not believe I was making good progress unless someone said something positive. It wasn't until I turned 18 that everything really changed for me. To give a little background, I always invest 100% of myself into people whether they invest back or not. It was because of this I went through terrible breakup from a very toxic relationship. I couldn't concentrate on anything. The only time I had solace was training at the gym. It was the only time I could get some peace from my own thoughts. It was then that I realized that I love training, and pushing myself. I started to go for myself, at that point it didn't matter if people complemented my progress. I went to the gym to better myself for myself only.

Bodybuilding allowed me to choose myself for once. I used to put EVERYONE else before myself, but bodybuilding showed me that I could be selfish and workout just for me. I got so lucky that I found something that I love to do and I get to do it every single day! Bodybuilding has given me so much, and I want to give back to the sport and inspire other people to find their passions. Find something that you love to do everyday, no matter what it is. You will not only find purpose, but you'll also find likeminded people too!

I never hired a personal trainer to learn how to exercise. I learned everything from my own research and training! My attention to detail and unquenchable thirst for knowledge has brought me to where I am today. My passion drives me forward. My ultimate goal is to become an IFBB pro as a natural and to be a good source of information for new people getting into fitness! I hope that my story shows that it's okay to be selfish about things you're passionate about, and that you should do things that make you happy only for yourself!"
