"I have trained on and off in the gym for many years. I would get results then stop. As I started getting older and really after my 45th birthday in 2021 I decided to take my training, health and fitness alot more serious, something that I have wanted to do for a very long time. Bodybuilding has always caught my attention and I always respected athletes and people who had transformed their lives and bodies to healthier living. Since my 45th birthday I have changed my entire life around and taken my training and fitness more serious.

I have changed my dieting, reduced my alcahol intake substantially and started training 5/6 days a week spending up to 1 1/2 hours in the gym.

It has changed my entire life around, I feel like a youngster again as my fitness has improved substantially, I feel much better after eating healthier and I just feel good all around.

I don't see me going back to my old bad habits of eating junk food and spending most of my times in the pubs. I will be training for as long as my body allows and will continue on my fitness journey for many years to come.

As I approach my 50's I realize more now than ever that age is just a number and you can change your life around for the better at any time. I am looking forward to what the future holds with my new life style.

I have also been very fortunate to meet my life partner who is 30 years of age and has blessed me with my second son who is now 5 months old.

I'm loving Life and the journey. My best years are still ahead of me."
