"I started working out over 20 years ago. First it was to stay in shape for sports but as life moves forward it was to a great example for my daughter. As life went on my passions for fitness grew and eventually led me to owing my own gym and helping people reach there full potential. I also got hooked on OCR racing which has also pushed me to stay fit and in shape.

Working out has affected my life in so many ways. It has given me the opportunity to own my own business with my wife and help people. It has aloud me to stay fit but more importantly than anything I have been able to inspire people and bring out the best in them. Helping them reach their goals whether it's a push-up for the first time or putting in there best runs or getting ready for a major competition I have been grateful to be a part of the journey.

As far as I go and my future fitness goals it is really simple to be better today than I was yesterday. Trying to find my limits and if I do breaking past and forever setting new limits and goals. A personal goal I do have is to make the Spartan world championship and show people that you can do anything you set your mind to. To inspire people and show people your only limited to your mind set.

As far as the last question I don't see myself as interesting or special I'm just me floating on the line between crazy and insane for my love of fitness and the great benefits it has for people."
