"What's up! My name is Mike Keller, I began my fitness journey after a breakup at the age of 14. My reason for starting was due to my lack of self confidence and I also wanted to do something to take my mind off of the breakup I was going through so I started getting into fitness. At first I thought as mostly just doing it to lose weight, following a somewhat healthy diet and working out regularly 4-6 days a week and I did this for my first year and a half of lifting. That was until I started finding people like Jeff Seid, David Laid, Noah Stone and many other bodybuilders and thought to myself "I want to be like them that would be awesome!" So I started researching, experimenting and just overall working to expand my knowledge of fitness as much as I could so that someday I'd be like them. I started following a strict diet for a few months and started working harder in my home gym following a structured routine and eventually gained the courage to start my fitness Instagram because I not only wanted to better myself I wanted to inspire others to do the same with motivational captions, posts, and videos. I made it my goal to be the best version of myself I could be and to motivate others to do the same! Then fast forward to last December I started experimenting with nutrition and studying different diets and such and created my own unique diet that allows me to build muscle and burn fat at the same time, while enjoying the foods I love. I've been on this diet for the past few months and my progress has skyrocketed! I feel better than I ever have before and continue to post motivational and informational content for my followers in hopes of inspiring them to be the best version of themselves that they can be, because why go through life settling for average when you can always better yourself and take yourself to new heights!"
