I started exercising regularly about 3 years ago. I had just had my 2nd child, and was ready to start feeling better. I've always been active, athletic, and competitive but I needed some help to get started again. I hired a trainer to learn all that I could, and make sure I was using proper form before just hitting the gym.
Once I started seeing and feeling results I was hooked, and I knew there was no going back to a sedentary lifestyle. Since then I have reached all my initial fitness goals and more, and share my journey to inspire others. I am a single mom of two awesome kids and work a full time job as an emergency veterinary technician.
Regardless of your circumstances we are all capable of greatness! Most people comment on the abundance of energy I have, and that I'm always positive. I make my healthy lifestyle a priority and it makes a HUGE difference. I recently finished a wellness challenge at my hospital, and helped over 30 people incorporate wellness into their daily lives! I live a life full of gratitude and appreciation and have developed a passion for helping others start their journey.
I want everyone to feel as good as I do everyday! I will continue to share my workouts, tips and tricks that I've learned along the way, and remain a source of inspiration and motivation for those who think they just can't do what I do. It is possible for everyone to incorporate wellness. It just might look a little different on you!
