"My Mom had passed from Heart Disease in 2018, and my whole life changed, and I wasn't taking care of my body. I was depressed and turned to bad food and wine. I couldn't even walk 5 mins on my treadmill without being out of breath. That was when I knew I needed a change. I put everything I had into working out and changing my eating habits. Clean eating helped make a huge change in how I was feeling. Covid had a big part in this as
well, as this fitness journey gave me something else to focus on, and it helped me immensely. I finally love the way I look and feel. It was a big change physically, which I love, but mentally, I feel so much better. I have alot more energy, and my happiness is through the roof. I had zero energy in 2018, and I was so desperate to find something to help me feel better. It took a few years, and alot of motivation. I tried so many different workout apps, programs, but nothing ever worked. I just had to change my mentality, and doing my own workouts at home is the only thing that's really worked for me. I walk on my treadmill everyday, sometimes twice, for 30 mins, and if I have anxiety, I can literally feel it disappear when I'm in that zone. I started my Instagram page to keep myself accountable in my journey, and taking pictures definitly keeps me motivated. I can't imagine going back to where I was before. I'm extremely proud of myself. Happiness is contagious."
