"Started to work out once again 5 weeks ago at age of 54. My goal is to build up an athletic body right to my 55th birthday in 2022 and keep going. This metamorphosis is what you can track by following my account. As I'm a hard working doctor with 80 hours a week at my practice workout has to take place at my homegymn - to keep me on my way I booked a personal coach. This really helps to do the right thing at the right time. I love to do work with a bench, weights and cables at my machine. Besides that I train on my bike and go skiing as we live very close to the alps.
